Towsley moved and Blust seconded to approve
the agenda with the addition of
Medical Marihuana Extension Resolution. Carried unanimously.

$ 198990.73. Approved
Sgt.
Doug Burkhardt, Eaton County Sheriff Department, reported that we have had
160 calls in the past two weeks with 56 being
traffic.
Blair
gave report from Planning Commission and Sewer Board.
Fire
Chief Miller gave report from Emergency Service Department.
Clerk
reported that the deadline for comments
on DDA is August 21, 2010.
Clerk
gave report on August 3rd election.
We had a 31 % turnout.
Discussion
held on listing the
seconded to authorize Supervisor
John Lenhard for an asking price of $498000
plus buyer assuming all
outstanding
assessments and a realtor fee of 7 % only on the property
price. Carried unanimously.
Supervisor
shared information she has obtained on the status of the Azzawai
property.
Myer shared information he has obtained from DNRE on how
this property could be used.
Supervisor
gave update on status of Pratt case.
Towsley offered and Marsh supported the
Resolution to extend the
Local Medial Marihuana Moratorium for 60 Days.

Resolution adopted 7-0
Discussion
held on adding a 1 % administration fee to the tax bills as permitted
by State law.
More information will be obtained for the next meeting.
With
no further business Towsley moved and Kline seconded to adjourn the meeting.
