WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING – JULY 27, 2010

MEETING ROOM – 7:30 P.M.

Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Sue Butler with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: Butler, Towsley, Blust, Blair, Kline, Marsh, Myers

Absent: none

Blair moved and Kline seconded to approve the agenda as presented.

Carried unanimously

Blust moved and Myers seconded to approve the consent agenda which

consisted of the minutes from the previous meeting. Carried unanimously.

Clerk reported for Sheriff Department that we have had 260 calls with 123 being

traffic in the past three weeks.

Blair gave report from Planning Commission and Sewer Board.

Chief Miller reported from Emergency Service Department.

Kline moved and Marsh seconded to hire Jordan Foy as a Fire Fighter

Trainee with contract. Carried unanimously.

Supervisor gave update on Azzawai houses.

Supervisor reported that she has spoken to the realtor about the Creyts Road

Property.

STOVER SPECIAL USE PERMIT:

Butler presented well protection certificate. Stover reported that is will be

signed by Mr. McLean as he will be carrying the liability insurance.

Blair moved and Marsh seconded to adopt the Planning Commission

Resolution for the Stover Special Use Permit as recommended with

conditions.

Hours and financial guarantee amount were discussed. Hours stayed the

same as presented and to add $15000 for the bond.

Ayes: Myers, Marsh, Towsley, Butler, Blust, Blair, Kline

Nays: none

Adopted 7-0 as amended.

No public comments.

With no further business Marsh moved and Blust seconded to adjourn

the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:08 PM.
