REGULAR MEETING – MARCH 9, 2010
MEETING ROOM – 7:30 P.M.
Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Sue Butler with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Kline moved and Marsh seconded to approve the agenda with two additions under New Business – which were Room Usage and Board of Review letters. Carried unanimously.
Blair moved and Blust seconded to approve the consent agenda which consisted of the minutes of the previous meeting, treasurer’s report and general fund bills (Vouchers 22666-22720 & 195523 – 19606 totaling $451330.48) Carried unanimously.
Sgt. Doug Burkhardt, Eaton County Sheriff Department, reported that we have had 138 calls in the past two weeks of which 105 were traffic. Discussion followed on how many break in reports MSP have taken and how to track vendors going door to door.
Blair gave report from Planning Commission and Sewer Board.
Fire Chief Miller reported that both fire and ambulance runs are down and status of
No DDA or Assessor reports.
Clerk reported that legislation has been introduced to cut Revenue Sharing another 3 %.
Discussion was held about joining in the grant application with
Towsley moved and Myers seconded to allow the Dimondale Class of 1960 to use the meeting room for a potluck on June 26, 2010 for their 50th reunion as the Park is not available. Carried unanimously.
Mike Chappell announced that his restaurant and DCDC will hold a spaghetti dinner on Sunday, March 21st as a fund raiser for the Dimondale Food Bank and Pantry.
With no further business Marsh moved and Blust seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 7:57 PM.
