REGULAR MEETING – NOVEMBER 10, 2009
MEETING ROOM – 7:30 P.M.
Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Sue Butler with the Pledge of Allegiance.
Present:
Absent: none
Blair moved and Kline seconded to approve the agenda as printed. Carried
Unanimously.
Blust moved and Marsh seconded to approve the consent agenda which
included minutes of previous meeting, treasurers report and general fund
bills (vouchers 19282 – 19356 & 22387 – 22461) totaling $94899.15.
Sgt. Doug Burkhardt, Eaton County Sheriff Dept, reported that we have had
105 calls in the past two weeks with 59 being traffic related.
Blair gave report from Planning Commission and Sewer Board.
Assistant Ambulance Director Fabijancic gave report from Emergency Service
Department.
No DDA or Assessor reports.
Towsley reported that we had a 6 % turnout for the last week’s election which was
school boards and Lansing Community College Board. (4% walk ins and 2 % AV)
Al Surrink gave update from Grand Pointe Subdivision.
With no further business Blair moved and Kline seconded to adjourn the
meeting.
Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
