WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING – OCTOBER 27, 2009

MEETING ROOM – 7:30 P.M.

Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Sue Butler with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: Butler, Towsley, Blust, Blair, Kline, Marsh, Myers

Absent: none

Blair moved and Towsley seconded to approve the agenda as presented. Carried unanimously.

Kline moved and Blust seconded to approve the consent agenda which was the minutes of the previous meeting. Carried unanimously.

Sgt. Doug Burkhardt, Eaton County Sheriff Dept, reported that in the past five weeks

we have had 261 calls with 159 being traffic.

Blair gave report from Planning Commission and Sewer Board.

Chief Miller gave report from Emergency Service Dept.

Assessor Preston gave an update and reported that things are rather quiet.

Towsley reported that we have an Election for Schools on November 3^rd.

Towsley reported that Jacaranda # 3 has stopped work until spring.

Butler handed out copies of 2010 budgets with adjustments but the expenditures and

revenues have not changed.

Towsley moved and Blair seconded to reappoint Rick Borucki and Jim Bredin to the Planning Commission for a 3 year term effective 11/20/09. Carried unanimously.

No public comments.

With no further business Marsh moved and Blust seconded to adjourn the meeting.

Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 7:45 PM.
