WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING -JULY 28, 2009

MEETING ROOM -7:30 P.M.

Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Sue Butler with the Pledge of Allegiance. Present: Butler, Blust, Blair, Kline, Marsh, Myers Absent: Towsley

Butler moved and Myers seconded to approve the agenda as presented. Carried unanimously.

Blust moved and Blair seconded to approve the consent agenda which was the minutes of the previous meeting (July 14, 2009). Carried unanimously.

Sgt. Doug Burkhardt, Eaton County Sheriff Department, reported that we have had 109 calls in the past two weeks with 42 being traffic related.

Blair gave report from Master Plan, Planning Commission and Sewer Board,

No DDA report.

Chief Miller gave report from Emergency Service Department. Marsh moved and Myers seconded to add Matt Trumble and Thomas Roush II to the Fire Department. Carried unanimously.

Assessor Preston gave update on the July Board of Review.

With no further business Marsh moved and Blair seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 7: 50 PM
