WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING – JUNE 23, 2009

MEETING ROOM – 7:30 P.M.

Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Sue Butler with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: Butler, Towsley, Blust, Blair, Kline, Marsh

Absent: Myers

Kline moved and Marsh seconded to approve the agenda as presented. Carried unanimously.

Blair moved and Blust seconded to approve the consent agenda which was the minutes of the June 9, 2009 minutes. Carried unanimously.

Sgt. Doug Burkhardt, Eaton County Sheriff Department, reported that we have had 99 calls in the past two weeks with 52 being traffic related.

Blair gave update from Planning Commission, Master Plan and Sewer Board.

Chief Miller gave update from Emergency Service Department.

Assessor Preston gave update on his progress.

Discussion was held on sewer board appointments for the new term.

Rebecca Benjamin from Eaton County Housing Services gave a presentation on the 10 year plan for the Homeless in Eaton County.

With no further business Marsh moved and Blust seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:08 PM.
