WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING – FEBRUARY 24, 2009

MEETING ROOM – 7:30 P.M.

 

Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Butler with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: Butler, Towsley, Blust, Blair, Kline, Marsh, Myers

Absent: none

Marsh moved and Blair seconded to approve the agenda.  Carried unanimously.

Blair moved and Kline seconded to approve the consent agenda which is the minutes of the previous meeting.  Carried unanimously.

Sgt. Doug Burkhardt, Eaton County Sheriff Department, reported that we have had 123 calls in the past two weeks with 87 being traffic.

Blair gave report from Planning Commission and Master Plan.

Miller gave report from Emergency Service Department.

St. Clair gave assessor report.

Butler moved and Myers seconded to send $ 500 to the Meals on Wheels which is a portion of their request.  Carried unanimously.

Butler gave update on her meeting with an enforcement officer.  She will write a contract and have it reviewed by legal council for the next meeting.

Butler will work on formal proposal for new assessor position and have it at the next meeting.

With no further business Marsh moved and Blust seconded to adjourn the meeting.  Carried unanimously.  Adjourned at 8:03 PM.
