WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING – OCTOBER 14, 2008

MEETING ROOM – 7:30 P.M.

 

Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Arthur St. Clair with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: A. St. Clair, Towsley, J. St.Clair, Blair, Kline, Marsh, Slucter

Absent: none

J. St Clair moved and Kline seconded to approve the agenda as presented.  Carried unanimously.

Blair moved and Marsh seconded to approve the consent agenda which includes minutes of previous meeting,. Treasurer’s report, General Fund Bills totaling $ 94015.22 (vouchers 21557-21601 & 18490-18548).  Carried unanimously.

Blair gave report from Planning Commission, Sewer Board and Master Plan,

Clerk gave the sheriff report as Sgt. Burkhardt was unable to attend the meeting.  We have had 203 calls with 159 being traffic.

Acting Chief Miller gave report from Emergency Service Department.

Ryan of Rep Walberg’s office gave update of the Office.

County Commission Keefe reported on Animal Control, Dental Insurance and Fiscal happenings in the County.

Heard that we will be paying for our tax rolls, tax bills and assessments notices starting with Winter 2008.  Also that BSA will be overhauling the program.
