WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING – APRIL 22, 2008

MEETING ROOM – 7:30 P.M.

 

Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: A. St. Clair, Towsley, J. St. Clair, Blair, Marsh, Kline, Slucter

Absent: none

Towsley moved and Marsh seconded to approve the agenda as presented.  Carried unanimously.

Blair moved and Slucter seconded to approve the consent agenda which contained the minutes of April 8, 2008.  Carried unanimously.

Sgt. Doug Burkhardt, Eaton County Sheriff Department, did not have any numbers as they were not available.  He had not heard of any problems in the area.

Blair gave report from Planning Commission, Master Plan and Sewer Board.

Cribley discussed purchase of maintenance agreement for the new generator.  Slucter moved and Blair seconded to approve the service contract for generator for $ 405 per year.  Carried 6-1.

Towsley explained the handouts each member received.

Blair moved and Slucter seconded to contract with Eaton County Road Commission for Dust control for two applications, May and August, and sharing of the south and west boarders with Eaton Rapids Township and Benton Township.  Carried unanimously.

John Migaldi asked about any known plans for the Creyts Road properties.

With no further business Slucter moved and Marsh seconded to adjourn the meeting.  Carried unanimously.  Adjourned at 8:08 PM
