REGULAR MEETING –
MEETING ROOM –
Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with the Pledge of Allegiance.
Present: A. St. Clair, Towsley, J. St. Clair, Blair, Marsh, Slucter
Absent: Kline
Towsley moved and Marsh seconded to approve the agenda as presented.
Carried unanimously.
J. St. Clair moved and Blair seconded to approve the consent agenda which
included the minutes
of the
Sgt. Doug Burkhardt, Eaton County Sheriff Department, reported that in the past 2 weeks
we have had 94 calls with 50 being traffic related.
Blair gave report from Planning Commission, Master Plan and Sewer Board.
Cribley gave report from Emergency Service Department.
Towsley gave report on phone call from FEMA in regards to letter sent from the
Board.
Towsley offered and J. St. Clair supported the Proverty Guidelines Resolution.
Ayes: Slucter, Marsh, Towsley, A. St. Clair, J. St. Clair, Blair
Nays: none
Absent: Kline
Resolution adopted 6-0.
Towsley moved and Blair seconded to contribute $500 to the Water Festival
sponsored through Groundwater Management for school children. Carried
unanimously.
Towsley moved and Marsh seconded to reappoint Dave Kubicek to the Planning
Commission for a term to expire
With no further business Marsh moved and Blair seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried
unanimously. Adjourned
