REGULAR MEETING –
MEETING ROOM –
Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Arthur St. Clair with the Pledge of Allegiance.
Present: A. St. Clair, Towsley, J. St. Clair, Kline, Marsh, Slucter
Absent: Blair
Marsh moved and Slucter seconded to approve the agenda. Carried unanimously.
J. St. Clair moved and Marsh seconded to approve the consent agenda which includes minutes of August 28 meeting, Treasurer’s report and general fund bills (vouchers 17544-17600 & 20232-20287 totaling $ 91926.74). Carried unanimously.
Sgt. Doug Burkhardt, Eaton County Sheriff Department, reported that we have had 108 calls in the past two weeks with 48 traffic related.
Cribley gave report from Emergency Service Department.
Towsley moved and Slucter seconded to adopt the Contribution Policy for the Township.
Carried unanimously.
Towsley moved and Kline seconded to contribute $227 to Meals on Wheels for 2007. Carried unanimously.
With no further business Marsh moved and Kline seconded
to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned
