WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING – JULY 10, 2007

MEETING ROOM – 7:30 P.M.

                                   

Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: A. St. Clair, Towsley, J. St. Clair, Blair, Kline, Marsh, Slucter

Absent: none

Kline moved and Marsh seconded to approve the agenda.  Carried unanimously.

Marsh moved and Kern Slucter seconded to approve the consent agenda which included minutes from June 26 meeting, treasurers report and general fund bills (vouchers 17424-17459 & 20071-20026 totaling $112321.15).  Carried unanimously.

Blair gave report from Planning Commission and Master Plan Task Force.

Sgt. Doug Burkhardt, Eaton County Sheriff Department, reported that we have had 97 calls in the past 2 weeks with 37 being traffic related.

Cribley gave report from Emergency Service Department.

Slucter moved and Blair seconded to authorize the Emergency Service Department to solicit bids to replace 171.  Carried unanimously.

Supervisor St. Clair reported that we have written notification that we have been removed from Phase 2 stormwater communities.

Towsley moved and Slucter seconded to extend the Chapman Special Use Permit for two years.  Carried unanimously.

With no further business Marsh moved and Kline seconded to adjourn the meeting.  Carried unanimously.  Adjourned at 7:55 PM.
