WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING – MAY 7, 2007

MEETING ROOM – 7:30 P.M.

Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: A. St. Clair, Towsley, J. St. Clair, Blair, Kline, Marsh, Slucter

Absent: none

Marsh moved and Slucter seconded to approve the agenda as presented. Carried unanimously.

Blair moved and Slucter seconded to approve the Consent agenda (minutes of previous meeting, Treasurer’s report, General Fund bills totaling $65817.03 vouchers 17274-17339 & 19983-20012)  Carried unanimously.

Blair gave report from Planning Commission and Master Plan.

Sgt. Doug Burkhardt, Eaton County Sheriff Department, reported that we have had 83 calls in the past two weeks with 41 being traffic.

Blair gave report from Sewer Board.

Cribley gave report from Emergency Service Department.

Slucter moved and Blair seconded to add Jeromy Robertson to our pool.  Carried unanimously.

A.St. Clair gave report on Public Hearing for well/septic inspections.

Linda Keefe, County Commissioner gave update on county items.

Towsley offered and J. St. Clair supported the resolution of final adoption of the Conditional Zoning Ordinance.

Ayes: Slucter, Marsh, Towsley, A. St. Clair, J. St. Clair, Blair, Kline

Nays: none

Resolution adopted 7-0

J. St. Clair moved to adopt the minor changes in the cemetery rules.  Carried unanimously.

Towsley moved and Blair seconded to accept David Morgan’s resignation effective May 8, 2007 with regret.  Carried unanimously.

Towsley moved and Kline seconded to move Kirk Schalau into the open cemetery position.  Carried unanimously.

Marsh moved and Slucter seconded to waive the ambulance bill for a former on call person due to no insurance and unemployment.  Carried unanimously.

With no further business Marsh moved and Towsley seconded to adjourn the meeting.  Carried unanimously.  Adjourned at 8:03 PM
