WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING – APRIL 10, 2007

MEETING ROOM – 7:30 PM

Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: A. St. Clair, J. St. Clair, Blair, Kline, Slucter

Absent: Towsley, Marsh

Slucter moved and Blair seconded the motion to approve the agenda as printed.  Carried unanimously.

Blair moved and Kline seconded to approve the consent agenda which included the minutes of previous meeting, treasurer’s report and general fund vouchers 17206-17273 & 19920 – 19982 totaling $ 113674.78. Carried unanimously.

Blair gave report from Planning Commission, Master Plan and Sewer Board.

Sgt. Doug Burkhardt, Eaton County Sheriff Department, reported that we have had 59 calls in the past two weeks with 33 being traffic related.

Miller gave report from Emergency Service Department.

Resolution against water/septic inspections will not be ready until the next meeting.

Slucter offered and Blair supported the Intent to adopt the Conditional zoning.

Ayes: A. St. Clair, J. St. Clair, Blair, Kline, Slucter

Nays: none

Absent: Marsh, Towsley

Adopted 5-0.

Blair moved and Kline seconded to adopt the procedures for conditional zoning as presented.  Carried unanimously.

J. St Clair offered and Slucter supported the Final adoption of the changes to the Home Occupation zoning ordinance.

Ayes: Kline, Blair, J. St. Clair, A. St. Clair, Slucter

Nays: none

Absent: Towsley, Marsh

Adopted 5-0.

Slucter moved and Kline seconded to approve the Memorial Day Parade by the Lions Club.  Carried unanimously.

J. St. Clair moved and Blair seconded to move the first board meeting of May to May 7^th due to Elections on May 8^th.  Carried unanimously.

With no further business Kline moved and Blair seconded to adjourn the meeting. J Carried unanimously.  Adjourned at 7:58 PM.
