REGULAR MEETING –
MEETING

Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Arthur St Clair with the Pledge of Allegiance.
Present: A. St. Clair, Towsley, J. St. Clair, Blair, Kline, Marsh, Slucter
Absent: none
J. St Clair moved and Blair seconded to approve the agenda as amended.
Carried unanimously.
Marsh moved and Kline seconded to approve the consent agenda which includes
the minutes as amended of the previous meeting. Carried unanimously.
Sgt Doug Burkhardt, Eaton County Sheriff Department, was unable to attend the meeting tonight so Towsley reported that we have had 73 calls in the past two weeks with 39 being traffic related.
Blair gave reports from Planning Commission, Master Plan and Sewer Board.
Cribley gave report from Emergency Service Department.
Towsley reported that things are in order for the May 8th election.
Blair offered and Slucter supported the resolution to adopt for first
reading the zoning ordinance amendment for Home Occupations.

Adopted 7-0
Blair offered and Kline supported the resolution to adopt the first reading
the zoning ordinance amendment for Conditional zoning.

Nays: Slucter, Marsh, A. St. Clair, J. St. Clair, Blair, Kline, Towsley
Absent: none
Not adopted 7-0
Slucter moved and Marsh seconded to review Conditional zoning again after
several questions are answered. Carried unanimously.
A.St. Clair shared handout and information on the meeting he attended with Barry-Eaton Health Department in regards to water and septic inspections prior to issuance of building permits and sale of property. This will be discussed at next meeting.
With no further business Marsh
