REGULAR MEETING – AUGUST 7, 2006
MEETING ROOM – 7:30 P.M.
Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with the Pledge of Allegiance.
Present: A. St. Clair, Towsley, J. St. Clair, Blair, Kline, Marsh, Slucter
Absent: none
Agenda approved as printed.
Blair moved and Slucter seconded to approve the consent agenda. Carried unanimously.
Sgt. Doug Burkhardt, Eaton County Sheriff Department, reported that we have had 85 calls with 42 being traffic related in the past two weeks.
Blair gave report from Planning Commission and Sewer Board.
Cribley gave report from Emergency Service Department.
Towsley moved and Kline seconded to change the fee for Board of Appeals
to $325 immediately due to new law which requires publishing the notice in
newspaper. Carried unanimously.
With no further business J. St. Clair moved and Marsh seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 7:42 PM.
