REGULAR MEETING – JULY 25, 2006
MEETING ROOM – 7:30 P.M.
Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with the Pledge of Allegiance.
Present: A. St. Clair, Towsley, J. St. Clair, Blair, Kline, Marsh, Slucter
Absent: none
Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.
Sgt. Doug Burkhardt, Eaton County Sheriff Department, reported that we have had 70 calls in the past two weeks with 29 being traffic related, 7 domestics and 6 alarms.
Blair gave report from Planning Commission.
Cribley gave report from Emergency Service Department.
Clerk gave report from meeting on new Zoning Laws.
Clerk noted that due to election
the next board meeting will be Monday,
August 7, 2006 at 7:30 P.M.
Blair gave report on road construction projects in the township.
Discussion held on the draft of
the Special Use Permit for T-Mobile on Larry & Opal Whitney property located
at
Ayes: Slucter, Marsh, Towsley, A. St. Clair, J. St. Clair, Blair, Kline
Nays: none
Absent: none
Adopted 7-0
Supervisor reported that Tri County Planning will be increasing dues for water program 3% which is $74.
With no further business J. St. Clair moved and Marsh seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 7:58 PM.
