WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING - MARCH 28, 2006

MEETING ROOM - 7:30 P.M.

 

 

 

Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: A. St. Clair, Towsley, J. St. Clair, Blair, Marsh, Slucter

Absent: Kline

 

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

 

Sgt. Doug Burkhardt, Eaton County Sheriff Department, reported that we have had 71 calls in the past two weeks with 31 being traffic related.

 

Blair gave report from sewer board.

 

Cribley gave report from Emergency Service Department.

 

Towsley offered and Marsh supported the resolution to determine method of publications of notices, ordinances and proceedings for the Township.

Ayes: Blair, J. St. Clair, A. St. Clair, Slucter, Marsh, Towsley

Nays: none

Absent: Kline

Resolution adopted 6-0.

 

Discussed the proposed revised Subdivision Control Act. 

Slucter moved and J. St. Clair seconded to table action until additional information is obtained.  Carried unanimously.

 

With no further business Marsh moved and Blair seconded to adjourn the meeting.  Carried unanimously.  Adjourned at 8:18 PM
