WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING - MARCH 14, 2006

MEETING ROOM - 7:30 P.M.

 

 

Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: A. St. Clair, Towsley, J. St. Clair, Blair, Marsh, Slucter

Absent: Kline

 

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

 

Blair gave report from Planning Commission.

 

Sgt. Doug Burkhardt, Eaton County Sheriff Department, reported that we had 85 calls in the past two weeks with 55 being traffic related. 

 

Cribley gave report from the Emergency Service Department.

 

Treasurer's report received.

 

Slucter moved and Marsh seconded to pay general fund bills totaling $ 133884.45 (vouchers 16389-16463 & 19176 - 19227).  Carried unanimously.

 

Blair moved and J. St.Clair seconded to grant tentative preliminary plat approval to Jacaranda # 3 as revised with the wavier for sidewalks on one side only as in phases # 1 & # 2.  Carried unanimously.

 

Towsley moved and Slucter seconded to approve the Lions Club Memorial Day Parade for May 29, 2006 at 11:00 AM.  Carried unanimously.

 

Towsley moved and Blair seconded to approve the budget amendments for 2005 as presented.  Carried unanimously.

 

With no further business J. St. Clair moved and Slucter seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously.  Adjourned at 8:01 PM.
