WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING - SEPTEMBER 27, 2005

MEETING ROOM - 7:30 P.M.

Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair.

Present: A. St. Clair, Towsley, J. St. Clair, Blair, Butler, Kline, Slucter

Absent: none

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Clerk gave sheriff department report. We have had 73 calls in the past two weeks with 32 being traffic and 4 tests or voids. There were 2 B & E's.

Blair gave report from Planning Commission and Sewer Board.

Cribley gave report from Emergency Service Department.

Butler reported the Public Safety Committee is not ready to recommend the purchase of a new firetruck.

Blair moved and Slucter seconded to grant tentative preliminary plat approval to Morris Estates II. Carried unanimously.

Slucter moved and Kline seconded to accept the snowplowing bid from Bob Rose with a letter of criteria that must be met. Carried unanimously.

The 2006 budget was reviewed.

Towsley moved and Blair seconded to set the Public Hearing for the 2006 Budget for Tuesday, October 11, 2006 at the beginning of the Board meeting. Carried unanimously.

Discussion held on water being available to Don's Truckstop and Grand Pointe Subdivision. An informational meeting for Grand Pointe was discussed.

With no further business J. St. Clair moved and Slucter seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:37 PM.
