WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING - JULY 26, 2005

MEETING ROOM - 7:30 P.M.

Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: A. St Clair, Towsley, J. St. Clair, Blair, Kline, Slucter

Absent: Butler

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Sgt. Doug Burkhardt, Eaton County Sheriff Department, reported that we have had 88 calls in the past two weeks with 38 being traffic related.

Blair gave report from Planning Commission and Sewer Board.

Towsley gave report on Cemetery Vandalism, Emergency Service Department, Michigan State Police, District MTA meeting, FEMA mapping project and August 2^nd election.

Blair moved and Slucter seconded to approve the Planning Commission Recommendation to grant a Special Use Permit to Chapman Brothers, 8454 Billwood, Charlotte as the finding of fact standards as required by the Zoning Ordinance have all been met. Carried unanimously.

Cy Abdo, County Commission District 10, gave update on the lowering of the speed limit on Canal between Lansing Road and Windsor Hwy. He also asked about the erosion problem in Windsor Glen as the owner had contacted him. He also thanked on behalf of all of the participants for the Windsor Charter Township Ambulance that followed behind the motorcycles for Toys 4 Tots on Sunday.

With no further business Towsley moved and Blair seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:22 PM.
