WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING - JULY 12, 2005

MEETING ROOM - 7:30 P.M.

Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: A. St. Clair, Towsley, J. St. Clair, Blair, Butler, Kline, Slucter

Absent: none

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Blair gave report from Planning Commission.

Sgt. Doug Burkhardt, Eaton County Sheriff Department, reported that we have had 64 calls in the past two weeks of which 21 were traffic related. Lt. Jeff Campbell was introduced as the new County road patrol officer.

Blair gave report from sewer board.

Cribley gave report from Emergency Service Department.

Treasurer's report received.

Butler moved and Blair seconded to pay general fund bills totaling $171,245.05 (vouchers 15833-15891 & 18729-18809) Carried unanimously.

Slucter moved and Butler seconded that the Township Board does not wish to allocate our two remaining liquor licenses at this time. Carried unanimously.

Cy Abdo, County Commissioner District 10, reported on the progress to lower the speed limit on Canal from Lansing Rd to Windsor Hwy.

With no further business J St. Clair moved and Slucter seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:05 PM.
