WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING - MAY 10, 2005

MEETING ROOM - 7:30 P.M.

Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: A. St. Clair, Towsley, J. St. Clair, Blair, Butler, Kline, Slucter

Absent: none

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Blair gave report from Planning Commission.

Sgt. Doug Burkhardt, Eaton County Sheriff Department, reported that we have had 78 calls in the past two weeks with 43 being traffic related.

Blair gave update on web site project.

Cribley gave report from Emergency Service Department.

Treasurer's report received.

Butler moved and Slucter seconded to pay general fund bills totaling $77083.12 (vouchers 15690-15763 & 18637-18673). Carried unanimously.

Blair moved and Butler seconded to appoint Kern Slucter to the Windsor/Dimondale Sewer Board effective July 1, 2005. Carried unanimously.

Discussion held on roadwork contract that we received from ECRC. Will wait until we receive the other two contracts and specific work to be done is added to the Royston Road contract.

Towsley moved and J. St. Clair seconded to approve the 2004 Budget amendments as presented. Carried unanimously.

Kline offered and Slucter supported the Resolution for the Eaton County Farmland and Open Space Preservation Purchase of Development Rights Program.

Ayes: Slucter, Butler, Towsley, A. St. Clair, J. St. Clair, Blair, Kline

Nays: none

Resolution adopted 7-0.

Discussion held on applying for the Job Bank through GM. Will check with our insurance carrier.

With no further business Towsley moved and Blair seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:25 PM.
