WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING - APRIL 26, 2005

MEETING ROOM - 7:30 P.M.

Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: A. St. Clair, Towsley, J. St. Clair, Blair, Butler, Kline, Slucter

Absent: none

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Sgt. Doug Burkhardt, Eaton County Sheriff Department, reported that we had 69 calls in the past 2 weeks with 34 being traffic related.

Blair gave report from Planning Commission and a web site update.

St. Clair gave report from Sewer Board.

Cribley gave report from Emergency Service Department. Towsley moved and Blair seconded to appoint Christopher Kinnas to the Fire & Ambulance on call roster. Carried unanimously.

Heard that Potterville-Benton Fire Department has returned the letter agreeing to the new rates for mutual aids effective May 1, 2005.

Blair gave report from road committee meeting. Blair moved and Slucter seconded to contract with the county for two applications of chloride - one in May and one in August. Also that we will share the south and west boarder roads with Eaton Rapids and Benton Townships as in the past. Carried unanimously.

Towsley moved and Butler seconded to approve the Memorial Day Parade. Carried unanimously.

Slucter moved and Kline seconded to waive the ambulance bill for Run # 81 due to individual merits and status of this individual case. Carried unanimously.

With no further business Butler moved and J. St. Clair seconded to adjourn. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:09 PM.
