WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING - APRIL 12, 2005

MEETING ROOM - 730 P.M.

Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: A. St. Clair, J. St. Clair, Blair, Butler, Kline, Slucter

Absent: Towsley

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Cribley gave report from Sheriff Department. There were 96 calls of which 51 were traffic related.

Blair gave report from Planning Commission.

Cribley gave report from Emergency Service Department. Slucter moved and Butler seconded to send the letter to Potterville-Benton Fire Department about new rate structure for mutual aids. Carried unanimously.

Treasurer's report received.

Blair moved and Slucter seconded to pay general fund bills totaling $83,188.91 (vouchers 15633-15689 & 18590-18636). Carried unanimously.

Kline moved and Blair seconded to send the rezoning request from Thomas Regan to the Planning Commission. Carried unanimously.

Cy Abdo, new County Commission, introduced himself and stated he is available if anyone needs his assistance.

With no further business Butler moved and Blair seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 9:35 PM.
