WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING - MARCH 22, 2005

MEETING ROOM - 7:30 P.M.

Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: A. St. Clair, Towsley, J. St. Clair, Blair, Butler, Kline, Slucter

Absent: none

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Sgt. Doug Burkhardt, Eaton County Sheriff Department, reported that we had 68 calls in the past two weeks. There were 46 traffic and 7 criminal.

Blair gave report from Planning Commission and Sewer Board. Blair noted that we have to change our sewer ordinance to be able to do quarterly billings.

Towsley reported that Dorian Lange has contacted the office about a Special Use Permit for his horse project. Supervisor and Clerk will meet with him in April.

Cribley gave report from Emergency Service Department and handed out copies of annual report.

Blair reported that he and Slucter had met with Eaton County Road Commission about the Royston Railroad Tracks.

Slucter moved and Kline seconded to have the Supervisor authorize the attorney to proceed with enforcement and the Court Order against Asim Azzawi to hook up his homes to the sewer system. Carried unanimously.

With no further business Blair moved and J. St. Clair seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:14 PM.
