WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING - MARCH 8, 2005

MEETING ROOM - 7:30 P.M.

Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: A. St. Clair, Towsley, J. St. Clair, Blair, Butler, Slucter

Absent: Kline

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Sgt. Doug Burkhardt, Eaton County Sheriff Department, reported that we had 74 calls in the past two weeks. There were 54 traffic and 10 criminal.

There were no reports from Planning Commission or Sewer Board.

Cribley gave report from Emergency Service Department.

Heard update on website project.

Treasurer's report received.

Butler moved and Blair seconded to pay general fund bills totaling $107,071.35 (vouchers 15564-15632 & 18548 - 18589) Carried unanimously.

With no further business Blair moved and J. St. Clair seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:00 PM.
