WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING - JANUARY 11, 2005

MEETING ROOM - 7:30 P.M.

Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: A. St. Clair, Towsley, J. St. Clair, Blair, Butler, Kline, Slucter

Absent: none

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Sgt. Doug Burkhardt, Eaton County Sheriff Dept, reported that we have had 164 calls in the past month of which 104 were traffic related. We ended the year with 2147 calls, which is 7.162% of the calls for the county in 2004.

Blair gave report from sewer board.

Cribley gave report from Emergency Service Department.

Slucter moved and Blair seconded to increase loaded ambulance mileage from $ 6 to $ 8 per recommendation of Medical Management Systems. Carried unanimously.

Butler presented badges to Ben Watson, Ben Logue, Heather Suckow and Steve Suckow as they have moved from trainee to member.

Treasurer's report received.

Butler moved and J. St. Clair seconded to pay general fund bills totaling $130783.14 (vouchers 15430-15495 & 18422-18514). Carried unanimously.

Towsley moved and Slucter seconded to correct the first meeting date of November for Township Board to November 7, 2005 due to election on November 8^th. Carried unanimously.

Towsley moved and Blair seconded to appoint Sandy Pray to the Planning Commission for a term to expire November 20, 2007. Carried unanimously.

Towsley offered and Kline supported the resolution to recognize the Dimondale Elementary Playground as a non-profit group in order to obtain a raffle license.

Absent: none

With no further business Butler moved and Towsley seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:19 PM.
