WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING - NOVEMBER 9, 2004

MEETING ROOM - 7:30 P.M.

Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Arthur St. Clair with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: A. St. Clair, Towsley, J. St. Clair, Butler, Blair, Kline, Slucter

Absent: none

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Clerk gave report from Sheriff Department. We have had 83 calls in the past two weeks and 47 were traffic related. There were several B & E's and theft from autos.

Blair gave report from Sewer Board.

Clerk reported on Elections and that we had an 80% turnout.

Cribley showed the new 911 Simulator that was purchased with a donation from the Lions Club and the money earned at the dunk tank. It will be used in the Elementary School Program.

Supervisor reported that Canadian National would begin to move dirt this week on their site.

Treasurer's report received.

Butler moved and Blair seconded to pay general fund bills totaling $103307.23(vouchers 15303-15360 & 18312 - 18377). Carried unanimously.

Kline offered and Slucter supported the Resolution to not own the Water System at Blue Water Development.

Ayes: Slucter, Butler, Towsley, A. St. Clair, J. St. Clair, Blair, Kline

Nays: none

Absent: none

Resolution adopted 7-0.

J. St. Clair moved and Blair seconded to accept with regret the resignation of John Hall from the Planning Commission effective November 1, 2004. Carried unanimously.

With no further business Butler moved and J. St. Clair seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:07 P.M.
