WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING - OCTOBER 26, 2004

MEETING ROOM - 7:30 P.M.

Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: A. St. Clair, Towsley, J. St. Clair, Blair, Butler, Kline

Absent: Slucter

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Officer Ryan Keast, Eaton County Sheriff Department, reported that we had 77 calls of which 45 were traffic in the past two weeks. There were 15 car/deer.

Blair gave report from Planning Commission and Sewer Board.

Cribley gave report from Emergency Service Department.

Butler moved and Blair seconded to add Jerrod LaRue to the Part Time Ambulance and Steven & Heather Suckow to Ambulance On Call. Carried unanimously.

Supervisor gave update on Carrier Creek.

Towsley moved and J. St. Clair seconded to reappoint David Kubicek to the Planning Commission for a 3-year term. Carried unanimously.

Towsley moved and Blair seconded to accept with regret Gary Burnett's resignation from the Planning Commission effective November 20, 2004. Carried unanimously.

Chief Cribley presented a proposal to sell 11-51 & 11-52 and purchase one truck. It was referred to the Public Safety Committee.

Linda Conklin, member of the Township Library Board, stated that she has a heard a rumor that the current Library board wants the Township moved out of the space they rent from the Library Board. She stated that this is not true and there is no way they wish for this arrangement to be changed because the township is the major funding of the library and the two have a very good working arrangement.

With no further business Kline moved and Butler seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:25 PM.
