WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES
REGULAR MEETING - SEPTEMBER 28, 2004
MEETING ROOM – 7:30 P.M.
Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with the Pledge of Allegiance.
Present: A. St. Clair, J. St. Clair, Blair, Butler, Kline, Slucter
Absent: Towsley
Also present: J. Richard Robinson, Township Attorney
Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.
There were no reports from Planning Commission or Sewer Board. Cribley reported that we had 24 emergency runs in four days.
Discussion was held on the sewer plant expansion. The cost to the developers is higher than expected. A. St. Clair, Blair and Slucter will meet with Bond people to discuss.
Asim Azzawai made comments to attorney as he left the meeting.
Slucter moved and Kline seconded to table the Brownfield resolution until more is known about the county plan. Carried unanimously.
Blair moved and Butler seconded to grant final-preliminary plat approval of Windsor Place and authorize the Supervisor to sign the plat in the absence of the Clerk. Carried unanimously.
Maryann Barber read a letter she had written about banning burning barrels in Windsor Charter Township. It was referred to the Fire Department where they are working on a burning ordinance.
Butler moved and Slucter seconded to deny the request from Dallman’s for a very large foundation, which would require the moving and resetting of stones. Carried unanimously.
The 2005 budgets were reviewed. Blair moved and Kline seconded to set the Public Hearing for the 2005 Budgets for October 12, 2004 at 7:30 PM. Carried unanimously.
With no further business Slucter moved and Butler seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 9:40 P.M.
