WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING - JULY 13, 2004

MEETING ROOM - 7:30 P.M.

Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Arthur St. Clair with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: A. St. Clair, Towsley, J. St. Clair, Blair, Butler, Kline, Slucter

Absent: none

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Sgt. Doug Burkhardt, Eaton County Sheriff Department reported that we had 144 calls in the past three weeks. This included 85 traffic calls.

Blair gave report from recycling meeting.

Blair gave report from sewer board.

Treasurer's report received.

Slucter moved and Butler seconded to pay general fund bills totaling $187,487.43 (vouchers 15058-15125 & 18084 - 18175) Carried unanimously.

Blair moved and Kline seconded that the Township Board accept the recommendation of the Road Committee and send a letter to the ECRC to recommend the following:

1. Relocation of the Royston/Windsor Railroad Track
2. Make Pinch & Nixon a 4 way stop.
3. Add lights to Nixon & Pinch Railroad crossings.
4. Make Nixon & Pinch crossings clear vision areas.

Carried unanimously.

Towsley moved and Butler seconded to table the request from Verizon, as some papers have not been submitted. Carried unanimously.

Jerry Tolles stated that the Recycling Center needs a parent before proceeding.

Asim Azzawi presented a letter to the board about his sewer assessments.

With no further business Slucter moved and Blair seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:07 PM
