WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING - JUNE 22, 2004

MEETING ROOM - 7:30 P.M.

Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: A. St. Clair, Towsley, J. St. Clair, Blair, Butler, Kline, Slucter

Absent: none

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Sgt. Doug Burkhardt, Eaton County Sheriff Department, reported that we had 83 calls in the past two weeks. There were 49 traffic related.

Blair gave report from Planning Commission.

Blair gave report from Sewer Board.

Cribley reported that we have lost 3-day time on call workers.

Supervisor reported that there would be a State Hearing by the Racing Commission on the Windsor Downs Racetrack.

Blair moved and Butler seconded to accept the recommendation of the Planning Commission and extend the tentative preliminary plat approval for Morris Estates # 2 for two years. Carried unanimously.

J. St. Clair moved and Towsley seconded to authorize the Supervisor to send a letter to the Board of Water and Light to start the proceedings to set a water district for the DK Land at SE corner of Billwood and Canal. Carried unanimously.

With no further business Butler moved and Kline seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 7:50 P.M.
