WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

SPECIAL MEETING - MAY 17, 2004

MEETING ROOM - 7:00 P.M.

The special meeting for the purpose of an application from Capital Centre Concessions, LLC to the Michigan Liquor Control Commission was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair.

Present: A. St. Clair, Towsley, J. St. Clair, Kline, Slucter

Absent: Blair, Butler

The purpose of the transfer is to use the Class C liquor license for temporary outdoor service on June 4-5, 2004 in connection with the Harley-Davidson Open House.  The clerk read the application.

Towsley moved and Slucter seconded that we approve the application and authorize the clerk to sign it.  Carried unanimously.

With no further business on the agenda J. St. Clair moved and Kline seconded to adjourn the meeting.  Carried unanimously.  Adjourned at 7:05 PM
