WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES
REGULAR MEETING - MAY 11, 2004
MEETING ROOM - 7:30 P.M.
Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Arthur St. Clair with the Pledge of Allegiance.
Present: A. St. Clair, Towsley, J. St. Clair, Blair, Butler, Kline, Slucter
Absent: none
Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.
Sgt. Burkhardt, Eaton County Sheriff Department, reported that between April 25th and May 9th we had 87 calls which again is around 7% of the county calls. Many of the calls were traffic related.
Cribley gave report from the Emergency Service Department.
Kline moved and Slucter seconded to promote Michael Dent to the open Lieutenant's position. Carried unanimously.
Treasurer's report was received.
Butler moved and Blair seconded to pay general fund bills totaling $76348.81 (vouchers 14940-14998 & 18009-18043) Carried unanimously.
Butler moved and J. St. Clair seconded to set the public hearing on the following proposed ordinances (Liquor Control, Civil Infractions & Junk) for Tuesday, June 8, 2004 at 7:00 P.M. Carried unanimously.
Towsley offered and J. St. Clair supported the resolution for Greater Lansing Regional Committee on Phase II Nonpoint Source Pollution Prevention.

Absent: none
Resolution adopted 7-0
Discussed the new bridge into the cemetery.
Towsley moved and Slucter seconded to ask the Williams family if the following language would be acceptable to them: Financial contributions made by William & Lois Williams in memory of L. Bassett and Alice Williams. Carried unanimously.
Supervisor shared that we have a $9000 change order for the Creyts Road sewer project and he shared a letter from Windsor Steel.
Clerk shared letter from Dean & Michelle Frazier in support of Windsor Downs.
Heard that Lange has withdrawn his agenda item from tonight's meeting.
No action on the ComCast agreement until we hear from attorney.
Blair gave report from Road Committee meeting. We will have proposals from the ECRC to review.
Ryan Latourette, candidate for 71st House district, introduced himself.
With no further business Slucter moved and Blair seconded to adjourn the meeting at 8:30 PM. Carried unanimously.
