WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING – APRIL 27, 2004

MEETING ROOM – 7:30 P.M.

Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Arthur St. Clair with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: A. St. Clair, Towsley, J. St. Clair, Blair, Butler, Kline, Slucter

Absent: none

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Sgt. Burkhardt, Eaton County Sheriff Department, reported that we have had 76 calls so far this month. We are about 7% of the county calls with only Delta Charter Township ahead of us.

Blair gave report from Planning Commission and Sewer Board.

Cribley gave report from Emergency Service Department.

Blair moved and Butler seconded to accept the recommendation of the Planning Commission and grant tentative preliminary plat approval to Jacaranda Estates # 3 with the conditions listed by Community Planning Services. Carried unanimously.

Blair moved and J. St. Clair seconded to approve the Eaton County Road Commission to do two applications of chloride on our gravel roads, the same as last year. Carried unanimously.

Blair set a Road Committee Meeting for May 11, 2004 at 6:30 P.M. in the meeting room.

Wendi Burton presented a copy of a letter that she sent to the racing commission in regards to the Windsor Downs project.

With no further business Kline moved and Blair seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:08 PM.
