WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING - MARCH 9, 2004

MEETING ROOM - 7:30 P.M.

Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: A. St. Clair, Towsley, J. St. Clair, Blair, Kline, Slucter

Absent: Butler

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

J. St. Clair moved and Blair seconded to accept Seth Parmenter to EMS and Robert Richardson, Doug Martin and Robert Jenkins to the Fire Department as on call members. Carried unanimously.

Treasurer's report received.

Kline moved and Slucter seconded to pay general fund bills totaling $108077.89(vouchers 14812-14884 & 17921-17961) Carried unanimously.

Discussed request for payment from Tri County for the ground water model flow. We will have further discussions after the water meeting on March 25^th.

Heard that we have received a bill from Tri County for the Stormwater Phase 2 for $593.00.

Heard about the township exchange day that is being sponsored by MTA.

David Kenyon asked if anything had been done about the barn being used as a home. Supervisor stated that he had talked to the owner and he denied living there. Will check further.

With no further business J. St. Clair moved and Blair seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:05 PM.
