WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING - FEBRUARY 10, 2003

MEETING ROOM - 7:30 P.M.

Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: A. St. Clair, Towsley, J. St. Clair, Blair, Butler, Kline, Slucter (arrived 7:47 PM)

Absent: none

Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

Blair gave report from Planning Commission and Sewer Board.

Cribley gave report from Emergency Service Department.

Treasurer's report received.

Butler moved and Blair seconded to pay general fund bills totaling $99,685.44 (vouchers 14750-14811 & 17882-17920).  Carried unanimously.

Discussed letter from Delhi Charter Township in regards to extending sewer service into Windsor. We will invite Delhi to a meeting to discuss the matter.

Towsley offered and Slucter supported the resolution to do lot splits in Westland Park for Lots 35,36, 37 & 49 for the Amerihost Hotel. 

Ayes: Slucter, Butler, Towsley, A. St. Clair, J. St. Clair, Blair, Kline

Nays: none

Resolution adopted 7-0.

Kline reported that the Village of Dimondale has taken title to the Board of Water & Light property and has designated the money to do a study of the dam.

With no further business Butler moved and Slucter seconded to adjourn the meeting.  Carried unanimously.  Adjourned at 8:22 PM.
