WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING -NOVEMBER 25, 2003

MEETING ROOM - 7:30 P.M.

Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: A. St. Clair, Towsley, J. St. Clair, Blair, Kline, Slucter

Absent: Butler

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Blair gave reports from Planning Commission and Sewer Board.

Blair moved and Slucter seconded to authorize the Township Clerk to sign the Mylar for River Run # 2 Lots # 20-37.  Carried unanimously.

Slucter moved and Blair seconded to approve the water agreement for the Park with the Village of Dimondale as drafted. Carried unanimously.

With no further business Towsley moved and J. St. Clair to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously.  Adjourned at 7:52 PM.
