WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES
REGULAR MEETING - OCTOBER 28, 2003
MEETING ROOM - 7:30 P.M.
Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with the Pledge of Allegiance.
Present: A. St. Clair, Towsley, J. St. Clair, Blair, Butler, Kline
Absent: Slucter
Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.
Deputy Devin Dixon, Eaton County Sheriff Department, reported that B & E 's are up but they believe they have caught the suspect. Also car/deer collisions are up all over the county.
Blair gave report from Planning Commission and Sewer Board.
Cribley gave report from Emergency Service Department. They are forming a long range planning task force and asked for a township board member to join them. Butler volunteered.
Heard that Mr. Hilliard has been served.
Discussed letter from City of Ypsilanti and their request for a resolution in regards to fire protection money from the state. A resolution will be written for the next meeting.
Butler moved and Blair seconded to reappoint Murray Marsh to a 3-year term on the planning commission ending November 20, 2006. Carried unanimously.
Kline offered and Butler supported the resolution to set the public hearing for River Run # 2 street light district for November 11, 2003 at 7:30 PM.

Nays: none
Absent: Slucter
Resolution adopted 6-0
J. St. Clair offered and Blair supported to the resolution to set the public hearing for Jacaranda Estates # 2 street light district for November 11, 2003 at 7:30 PM.
Ayes: Kline, Blair, J. St. Clair, A. St. Clair, Towsley, Butler
Nays: none
Absent: Slucter
Resolution adopted 6-0
Blair moved and J. St. Clair seconded to authorize the Supervisor to sign the contracts to amend the street light districts with Consumers Energy. Carried unanimously.
With no further business Towsley moved and J. St. Clair seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:47 PM
