WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING - SEPTEMBER 9, 2003

MEETING ROOM - 7:30 P.M.

Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: A. St. Clair, Towsley, J. St. Clair, Blair, Butler, Kline, Slucter

Absent: none

Lt. John Rojeske, Eaton County Sheriff Department, reported that we had 96 calls for the month of August.  There is some concern as our B & E' s and accidents are up.

Director Cribley had no report.

Treasurer's report received.

J. St. Clair moved and Slucter seconded to pay general fund bills totaling $73317.14(vouchers 14447-14498 & 17555-17663) Carried unanimously.

With no further business Butler moved and Blair seconded to adjourn the meeting.  Carried unanimously.  Adjourned at 8:05 PM.
