WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING - AUGUST 12, 2003

MEETING ROOM - 7:30 P.M.

Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Arthur St. Clair with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: A. St. Clair, Towsley, J. St. Clair, Blair, Butler, Kline

Absent: Slucter

Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

Lt. John Rojeske, Eaton County Sheriff Department, reported that we had 78 calls for the month of July.

Trustee Blair gave report from Planning Commission.

Emergency Service Director Cribley gave report and showed the new thermal-imaging camera that was purchased with the Federal Grant Money.  He also noted that August 25^th would be the ten-year anniversary of our advanced ambulance  service.

Treasurer J. St. Clair gave report from cemetery committee.

Treasurer's report received.

Butler moved and Blair seconded to pay general fund bills totaling $132159.91.  Carried unanimously.

The second application of chloride was been applied this past weekend.

With no further business J. St. Clair moved and Blair seconded to adjourn the meeting.  Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:44 PM
