Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with Pledge of Allegiance.

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.
Lt. John Rojeske, Eaton County Sheriff Department, reported that we had 107 calls in May but there were only 3 B&Es and they were at businesses. Many of the calls were on I-96 & I-69.
Blair gave update from Planning Commission.
Cribley reported that we are up 10 runs for fire and 87 runs for ambulance from this time last year.
Heard that Board of Water & Light needed a signed amendment for the Migaldi property.
Treasurer's report received.
Butler moved and Blair seconded to pay general fund bills totaling $99,785.11 (vouchers 14271-14330 & 17383-17426). Carried unanimously.
Towsley moved and Blair seconded to sign the contracts for two township flags and a sign to place in front of the office. Carried unanimously
J. St. Clair gave report from cemetery committee.
Discussed schedule of repaving of Creyts Road. No details known at this point.
Towsley moved and J. St. Clair seconded to send the Stevens rezoning request for property on Creyts Road and the river (single-family residential R-1B to commercial B-1) to the Planning Commission. Carried unanimously.
Towsley moved and Kline seconded to accept the budget amendment as presented for 2002. Carried unanimously,
Butler moved and J. St. Clair seconded to send the amendment for cell towers to the Planning Commission for their review and action. Carried unanimously.
With no further business Kline moved and Towsley seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:07 PM.
