Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Arthur St. Clair with Pledge of Allegiance.

Absent: none

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Lt. John Rojeske, Eaton County Sheriff Department, passed out a poster of a person suspected in home break-ins in Clinton County and Windsor Charter Townships.

Blair gave report from Planning Commission.

Blair gave report from Sewer Board.

Director Cribley gave report from Emergency Service Department.

Blair moved and Butler seconded to grant tentative preliminary plat approval to Delphinium Acres. Carried unanimously.

J. St. Clair gave report from cemetery committee. They need to have another meeting and it will be held on June 10, 2003 at 6:00 PM.

With no further business J. St. Clair moved and Blair seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 7:59 PM.
