Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Arthur St. Clair with Pledge of Allegiance.

Absent: none

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Blair gave report from Planning Commission and Sewer Board.

Lt. John Rojeske, Eaton County Sheriff Department, reported that we had 114 calls for the month of April. Fifty-three of them were for accidents and only 2 B&Es.

Cribley gave report on mock disaster training.

Treasurer's report received.

Butler moved and Blair seconded to pay general fund bills totaling $77,649.97 (vouchers 14200-14270 & 17343-17383). Carried unanimously.

Blair moved and Slucter seconded to sign agreement with Municipal Code to put our zoning ordinances online. Carried unanimously.

Towsley moved and Butler seconded to grant the application from Brooks Fiber for Metro Act Permit. Carried unanimously.

Blair gave report on road commission meeting and discussed chloride options. Blair moved and J. St. Clair seconded to go with the county application this year through Michigan Mineral, with two applications one around Memorial Day and the other in early August. Carried unanimously.

Blair reported that we would be getting contracts from the ECRC in regards to various road projects in the Township.

Towsley moved and Slucter seconded to send the rezoning request from Leroy Angst for a change from B-1 to R-1M to the Planning Commission. Carried unanimously.

With no further business Slucter moved and J. St. Clair seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:35 PM.
