Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with Pledge of Allegiance.

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.
Lt. John Rojeske of Eaton County Sheriff Department was present to answer any questions from the Board.
Heard report from Sewer Board.
Heard report from Emergency Service Department. Blair moved and Slucter seconded to accept Brent Eakin as a trainee as an EMT and Mark MacKellar as a fire trainee. Carried unanimously.
J. St. Clair moved and Butler seconded to allow above ground seals for funerals at the discretion of the sexton. Carried unanimously.
Towsley moved and J. St. Clair seconded to send the Country Creek Rezoning Request to the Planning Commission. Carried unanimously.
Towsley offered and Butler supported the resolution for the Metro Telecommunications Act.

Discussed a township flag design.
Towsley moved and Kline seconded to allow Channel 47 to opt out of the EAS program. Carried unanimously.
Discussion on placing the zoning ordinance link on the web page was postponed until the May 13th meeting.
Towsley moved and Blair seconded to pay for the materials for the Lions Club to replace the roof on the park pavilion. Carried unanimously.
With no further business Towsley moved and Kline seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:20 PM.
