Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with Pledge of Allegiance.

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Blair gave report from Planning Commission. There will be a joint workshop of Planning [Commission] & Township Board on Wednesday, May 21st at 7:00 PM.

Blair gave report from Sewer Board.

Assistance Ambulance Director McMahon gave report on Emergency Service Department.

Towsley moved and Butler seconded to send the rezoning request for a change from B-1 to B-2 from Carem Equities on Lansing Road to Planning Commission. Carried unanimously.

With no further business J. St. Clair moved and Kline seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:17 PM.
