Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with Pledge of Allegiance.

Absent: none

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Blair gave report from sewer board.

Blair offered and Towsley supported the ammendment to the Table of Equivalent Factors for the sewer ordinance.

Nays: none
Absent: Slucter
Resolution adopted 6-0

Cribley gave report from Emergency Service Department.

Treasurer's report received.

Butler moved and Blair seconded to pay general fund bills totaling $108,282.55. Carried unanimously.

Towsley moved and J. St Clair seconded to appoint Murray Marsh to the Planning Commission to complete the term of Slucter, which expires November, 2003. Carried unanimously.

Towsley moved and Blair seconded to appoint Phil Kline to the Board of Appeals as the Township Board representative. Carried unanimously.

Lt. John Rojeske of Eaton County Sheriff Department reported that we had 82 calls for the month of February.

Towsley moved and Butler seconded to send the Harrington rezoning request to the Planning Commission. Carried unanimously.

Slucter arrived (7:55 PM)

Asim Azzawi presented a copy of a letter he sent in 1999 to the Board.

With no further business Slucter moved and Kline seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:00 PM.
