Meeting was called to order by Supervisor St. Clair with Pledge of Allegiance.
Present: A. St. Clair, J. St. Clair, Blair, Butler, Kline, Slucter
Absent: Towsley

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

Lt. John Rojeske of Eaton County Sheriff Department reported that two of the break-ins have been solved.

Blair reported on the goals for Planning Commission for 2003.

Blair reported on the Road Commission projects for 2003.

Butler moved and Blair seconded to purchase the Cascade System at a startup cost of $2,468.00. Carried unanimously.

J. St. Clair moved and Slucter seconded to untable the siren discussion. Carried unanimously.

St. Clair read a letter from the Village in regards to the siren and they wish to withdraw their request for the siren to be used as a tornado warning.

Blair moved and Butler seconded to authorize Wolverine [Engineering Co.] to start work on the third cell design at the sewer plant which will take six months. Carried unanimously.

J. St. Clair moved and Kline seconded to approve the sewer budget for 2003-2004. Carried unanimously.

Discussion held on the township recreation plan.

A. St. Clair gave an update on the Watershed Plan requirements for permit application.

With no further business Blair moved and Slucter seconded to adjourn the meeting. Carried unanimously. Adjourned at 8:50 PM.
